Cinnamon Quinoa Breakfast Bowl
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup quinoa (uncooked)
- 1 1/4 cups Almond Milk
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon Macadamia Nut Butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
toppings:
- Cinnamon Macadamia Nut Butter (ButtaNutt)
- 1 banana
- blueberries
- apple
- coconut flakes
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add quinoa and Almond milk into a small saucepan. Bring the mixture to boil, then reduce to simmer and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it's creamy and the quinoa is cooked. Add cinnamon nut butter and honey to quinoa.
Transfer to bowls and top with sliced banana, sliced apple, blueberries and coconut flakes. Drizzle Cinnamon Macadamia nut butter over as much as you like.
